Hourglass Knee Support Sleeves for squats feature an all new Patent Pending design with an hourglass-shaped centre taper fit to help provide centre knee compression while maintaining proper tightness around the calf and quad.
Hourglass Knee Sleeves introduce a new level of stiffness called Rigor Mortis which offer a level of stiffness, density, and squeeze in the calf, quad, and centre knee joint unlike any sleeve before.
Hourglass Knee Sleeves - Cyanite feature:

The IPF have removed the Rigor Mortis knee sleeves from the IPF Approved list effective from 18th August 2025. We are actively working to receive a response from the IPF as the IPF have reviewed and approved the Rigor Mortis knee sleeves for competition in October 2022 between the periods of 2023 through 2026. We are working diligently to address this concern. A7 stands committed to helping all Athletes and fight for their ability to have a choice in their equipment selections.
Flexi & Stiff knee sleeves are still approved. We will communicate any news as soon as we can.
