Barbell DNA is inspired by the DNA you live as found in DNA testing that tracks ACTN3 genetic marker. This genetic marker controls production of the Alpha-Actinin-3 protein in fast-twitch muscle fibers. The CC and CT expression of the gene are common among strength sport athletes. We wanted to share some science with this one.
